As the situation continues to evolve, we are taking measures to maintain business continuity and protect the health of our employees, customers, and partners.
- We have restricted employee travel to conferences including ICANN, NANOG, and Global Peering Forum
- We are encouraging our employees to work remotely and have shared best practice health tips with them
- We have placed extra hand sanitizing stations around our offices, as well as increasing the frequency of office and data center cleaning
We are also closely in touch with our service providers in impacted parts of the United States and the world, and have reassurances that they are taking needed precautions as well.
We want to be clear that these policies don’t change how we work with you, or our ability to provide the products and services you rely on. We will be continuously monitoring the situation as it evolves and will make adjustments to our policies accordingly to help keep everyone safe and healthy.
Once the advisories around COVID-19 are lifted, we will resume conference attendance and other travel. As most of our customer meetings are conducted via web meeting, we don’t anticipate needing to cancel or reschedule them.
