We’re pleased to announce that we’ve refreshed our ticket & support system. The most noticeable change is a collapse in the number of categories for support.
While a good attempt was made to funnel tickets into certain areas and queues, we’ve found it a better experience to provide more general areas to submit tickets. (KISS 🙂
