Do you charge for onboarding or account setup?

No. Onboarding is complimentary, though custom infrastructure builds or premium support tiers may have associated costs.

Can individuals or hobbyists use your platform?

Our platform is designed for businesses and service providers. We do not currently support individual developers or hobbyist usage.

How long does the onboarding process take?

Usually 1–3 business days depending on complexity. For multi-region builds or Anycast deployments, additional coordination may be required.

What information should I include when reaching out?

Can I create an account directly on your website?

No, NetActuate does not offer self-service signups. All accounts are provisioned after a qualification and onboarding process to ensure customer needs align with our infrastructure offerings and support model.
