As many of you are aware, the situation is evolving and we wanted to provide you with further updates regarding COVID-19.

  • Our facilities are considered essential business and are therefore not impacted by movement restrictions. We have staff deployed on site and remotely to ensure we can provide ongoing 24×7 coverage during this critical time.
  • Access to some facilities may be limited. If you need to visit a facility in person, you are likely to need to complete a health questionnaire, as well as pass a temperature check for access. Social distancing measures are enforced, including stand 6 ft from other visitors, as well.
  • In some cases, facility access may be completely restricted to outside visitors, including customers. Please contact us if you have specific questions around the facility you are deployed in as you may need to work with remote hands staff temporarily.
  • We have a significant amount of capacity available and are seeing increased usage across the board. If you need assistance with increased capacity or with billing, please contact us at support@netactuate.com, as we have programs to defer upgrade and overage costs in place until we are beyond the crisis.
