Self service paravirtualized or hvm xen instances

We’ve updated all of our available instances to support paravirtualized or fully virtualized images. While most customers use pv images, a large number that require custom kernel modules or drivers are using fully virtualized images.

You can now change the instance type from the options page of your dashboard and reboot to change the backend instance type support. (Note: you’ll need to update the o/s directly yourself) or simply uninstall and reinstall a new image with the type of support you prefer.
