Active Incident Tracker
The Active Incident Tracker shows real-time information about platform events that may affect your services, including network issues, service degradations, outages, and scheduled maintenances with expected impact and timing.
Where to Access
- Dashboard — active incidents are displayed prominently on the dashboard immediately after login.
- Support → Active Incidents — navigate here for the full incident history, including resolved incidents.
- External status page — the status site is also available outside the portal at status.netactuate.com. This is useful when the portal itself is unreachable or you want to check status without logging in.
During an Incident
- Check the Active Incident Tracker for the latest status updates and affected services.
- Review which locations and services are impacted.
- If your issue is not reflected in the tracker, submit a support ticket so the team can investigate.
Scheduled Maintenances
Planned maintenance windows are listed in advance and include:
- Start and end time (UTC)
- Affected locations and services
- Expected impact level
