Account

The Account section lets you manage your profile, billing, team access, API credentials, and security settings. Access it from the Account menu in the left sidebar or by clicking your profile picture in the top-right corner of the portal.

Account Overview

The overview page displays a summary of your account at a glance:

  • User count and pending invitations
  • Two-factor authentication status
  • SSH key count
  • Total active services and packages
  • Most recent invoices and support tickets

Sections

  • Profile — personal details, payment method, two-factor authentication, and password management
  • Settings — display preferences, authentication (SAML/OIDC), and security controls
  • Invoices — view, download, and pay invoices; manage account credit
  • Team Members — add and manage users with per-member permissions
  • Invitations — account referrals to invite new organizations to NetActuate
  • SSH Keys — manage public keys used for VM deployment and automation
  • Packages — read-only view of active billing packages from NetActuate's billing system
  • Cancel Services — cancel active services with confirmation
  • API Access — API tokens, IP ACL, VM OAuth, and the API explorer
  • SAML Integration — configure SAML 2.0 single sign-on with Okta, Google Workspace, or any SAML IdP
  • OpenID Connect — set up OIDC authentication for API access and workload identity federation
