Packages

The Packages page provides a read-only display of all active billing packages from NetActuate's billing CRM. Navigate to Account → Packages to view them.

What You Can See

Each package represents a billable service agreement as tracked in the billing system. Packages show their name, description, billing cycle type, and status (active, pending, or canceled).

Billing Cycle Types

Relationship to Services

Services you deploy in the portal appear here as packages once billing begins. If you cancel a service, the corresponding package should eventually reflect that, though timing varies by billing type and agreement terms.

Tip: If you see a discrepancy between your deployed services and packages, contact support to reconcile.

Making Changes

Package configuration is managed by NetActuate. To modify, upgrade, or cancel a package, contact your account manager.
