Customer Portal

The NetActuate Customer Portal is the central hub for deploying, managing, and monitoring all of your NetActuate resources. Log in at portal.netactuate.com. Everything available in the portal can also be done programmatically via the API, Terraform, or Ansible.

Dashboard

After logging in, the dashboard provides a global overview of your account: active resource counts, aggregate bandwidth usage, CPU and memory utilization, and recent support tickets. Active incidents and scheduled maintenance notices are displayed prominently — if infrastructure appears in a down or disconnected state, check the dashboard first, then the Active Incident Tracker for real-time status updates.

The dashboard also shows your 2FA status, tagged resource groups, and a Quick Deploy button for launching new infrastructure directly.

The top-right corner of every portal page contains four global controls:

  • Light/Dark mode toggle — switch the portal between light and dark themes
  • Recent actions / Jobs — view recently processed actions across all deployed infrastructure and services (global job history)
  • Documentation link — quick link to the NetActuate documentation site
  • Global search — search across all resources and sections of the portal by IP address, hostname, circuit ID, or ticket number
