Set customer lock on server
POST/cloud/server/:mbpkgid/customer-lock
Set a customer-level lock on a virtual server. Lock levels: 0 = Unlocked, 1 = Delete Locked (prevents deletion only), 2 = Fully Locked (prevents all management operations). This lock is independent from the admin lock and does not affect admin operations. Not available for VPC servers. Delete operations with force_password will bypass the customer lock.
