Create log sender
POST/logs-system/senders
Create a new app-to-app log sender for the authenticated user. With kind=http the 200 response body carries the plaintext token, re-readable afterwards via the reveal endpoint. With kind=stream the sender is identified by an ip:port allocated to it and authorized by ingest_src_cidrs; its token is not a credential on any path.
