Requesting a Cloud VLAN

This guide covers viewing your Cloud VLANs and requesting provisioning in new locations.

Viewing Your Cloud VLANs

  1. Navigate to Platform → Cloud VLANs in the portal.
  2. Review the table showing your VLAN ID, name, description, and active locations.
  3. Click any VLAN to open the sidebar with provisioned and non-provisioned location details.

Requesting Provisioning in a New Location

  1. Navigate to Platform → Cloud VLANs and click the VLAN you want to extend.
  2. The sidebar opens showing Provisioned locations and Non-provisioned locations.
  3. Select a non-provisioned location from the list.
  4. Click Request provisioning — this opens a pre-filled support ticket.
  5. Submit the ticket. The NetActuate operations team will enable the VLAN in that location.

Note: VLAN creation and configuration is handled by NetActuate. The portal provides a streamlined request flow for provisioning VLANs to additional locations.
