Bitstreams Manager is the control plane for a fleet of NETINT Bitstreams live-encoding instances. Instead of logging into each encoder one node at a time, you run a single web console that discovers, monitors, and operates every Bitstreams instance you deploy, wherever it runs.
Manager itself needs no VPU and runs on any standard NetActuate VM. Your Bitstreams encoders connect outbound to the Manager over mutually-authenticated HTTPS, so there are no inbound firewall changes to make on the encoder nodes: bring up a new encoder in any point of presence and it registers itself with the Manager.
